Professional Photography

Our view on marketing property in this day in age is that ‘anything less than professional photos these days are just not acceptable.’ Poorly lit photos, off balance images, or heaven forbid, no photos at all are the biggest faux pas in real estate and really should not be tolerated. If we are supposed to get you top dollar for your home, we really need to get buyers excited about the idea of your home… which is very hard to do with bad photos. We have a professional photographer on our team who specializes in shooting real estate photos and has a great eye for capturing the essence of a room and will ensure that the home looks its best online and in print. Professional Video Tours

Video is the best way for a buyer to experience your home without actually walking through themselves. We firmly believe that providing the buyer with an opportunity to walk through the property from the comfort of their home, or on their mobile device, is a great way to eliminate buyers that wouldn’t buy your property anyways, and therefore eliminate needless showings. We know that once a Buyer decides to come view your home after seeing it in video, that they are seriously interested and are the best kind of prospective buyer that we want o open your home up to. Our videos are not just a slideshow, but rather an actual walk through of the home so you can experience how one rooms flows into the other and provides the viewer with a sense of direction and space, and therefore the best experience before setting up an actual visit to the property.
